The Peg Delaney Trio is proud to announce their first CD entitled If I Had You. A wonderful collection that pays homage to seldom heard melodic gems and jazz standards. We love these songs for their spirit and message. Their melodies weave with the charm and surprise of a country road. The lyrics speak to our souls. This recording is dedicated to Peg's mom Anna August. The wonderful photos of her were taken in 1934 by Peg's dad Nic August, in the small town of Emporium Pennsylvania. On the back of the photos he had written, 1934 If I Had You. Nic and Anna were married for 66 years! This cd is a celebration of their marriage, Earl Davis and his wife Patty's marriage and Bill and Peg's marriage. It is for couples! To be listened to with candle light and a fine meal.

Peg Delaney's 2nd CD HOTLINE is now available. The group is terrific- a quartet with Gregg August, her nephew on bass, Cary DeNigris, super guitarist, whose main gig is with Chico Hamilton, and Mike DeMarco, drummer, Albany' s best kept secret, who gigs with John Hilton. Peg gathered some of her best compositions for this recording and already it's gaining international raves.

The Peg Delaney Big Band began as a spoken wish to have time to study big band composing.  Tim Coakley and Bill McCann heard me and gave me a date in March 2020 for a fund raiser for the jazz organization called A Place For Jazz. However, the pandemic continued to delay the concert till our first performance at Schenectady County Community College in November 2022. To have our second performance at another New York State University is an overwhelming honor for me. Thank you to all at HVCC, especially to Maria Zemantauski!
Thank you to these ti-cities musicians, all super players, educators, college professors, high school teachers.
